Responsible Gaming

Responsible Gaming

At Hunch we want to build a platform that lets you socialise, gives you a chance to prove you to your mates that you know more about sport than them and the bonus of a little cash if and when you win.

What we don’t want is for betting to have a damaging effect on people’s lives. Harmful play has no place in Hunch and we’re proactive about supporting players who need help.

So we’ve made some easy-to-use tools to help you manage any problem early on – whether it’s you or a friend. Have a look, and keep yourself aware.

Deposit Limits:

You can set a limit on the amount you can spend within a specified period. We offer the ability to set daily, weekly and monthly deposit limits. Any requests to increase deposit limits will take effect after 24 hours after requested to include a cooling off period.

Time Out

You can give yourself a break from gambling with a Time-out. This will freeze your account and it will not be able to be accessed until the time-out has finished.

If you wish to give yourself a rest or time-out from using your account then you will have the option to select a time-out for any period from 1 day up-to six weeks.

Self Exclusion

If you wish to restrict your gambling, we provide a self-exclusion facility which will close your account for a period from 6 months up to 5 years.
You can self-exclude from betting activity on your account, using the self-exclusion section on this page or by sending an email to Hunch at support@playhunch.com with details of your account and then length of time you want to be excluded for.
During any periods of self-exclusion it will not be possible for your account to be re-opened for any reason, whilst Hunch will also do all it can to prevent any new accounts being opened.
Once your self-exclusion has started, this is irreversible until the end of the period you have chosen.
If you wish to have your account re-opened after the self-exclusion period has expired, you will need to email Hunch with details of the account you require re-opening. We will then apply a 24 hour cooling off period after which time your account will then become active.

Leave Hunch

You are able to Leave Hunch and have your account permanently deleted.
If you opt to leave Hunch you will automatically be removed from any active games that you are in. You will not get your entry fee returned and will not be able to collect any winnings.
